Submit a Support Request

Viewpoint is here to support you with the edits, updates and fixes that will keep your website current with your organization’s needs. Submit your request, and we’ll respond with an estimate and any follow up questions.

Website support work is invoiced by the hour with a minimum one-hour charge per request. To help us meet your need efficiently and accurately, please provide as much detail as possible, and consider grouping multiple needs in to one request.

Has Viewpoint worked on this site before? *

If Viewpoint has not worked on your website before, please add info@viewpointdigital.ca as an administrator user in WordPress (In the WordPress dashboard, go to Users -> Add New).

Does your website have a reliable backup system in place?

If not, Viewpoint will to take a backup before work begins. While the backup we take covers many eventualities, nothing is as dependable as a server-level backup system that can be accessed outside of WordPress. Ask us about our managed hosting and maintenance plan to better protect your site.
