The Challenge
Barbican Property Management has a diverse portfolio of properties in the residential, commercial and storage sectors. After a refresh to their brand, they needed a website with a more impactful and modern design and strong page organization to filter users to the appropriate vertical. In a rapidly changing market, they needed the ability to update their content and available rental offerings with minimal effort.
The Solution
Building on the clear and quality design work of Michelle Sourisseau, Viewpoint Digital created a custom website to represent the refreshed brand. Audience-based navigation moves users to the right section of the site easily, and filterable, list-based unit listings allow users to find the properties that best fit their needs. Importantly, available units are synced from Barbican Property Management’s internal database so availability details are always up to date without any additional administrator attention.

Automatic Inventory Syncing
Available rental units are automatically synced from Barbican Property Management’s internal database so that edits only need to be made in one place and the website is always up to date with the latest inventory.
Lead Integration
Lead forms are available for each property and unit so potential customers can start the leasing process. Submission are automatically synced back to Barbican Property Managements internal CRM so sales staff can stay organized and responsive.
