The Challenge
Queer Business BC is an association for 2SLGBTQIA+ businesses and professionals across British Columbia. Their network provides resources, community and promotion for queer professionals. Following a revitalization and new brand, Queer Business BC needed a website with strong content management tools to share resources like their business directory, events calendar and news.
The Solution
Queer Business BC’s new brand and website project was led by Good Creative. Viewpoint Digital executed the development phase of the project by building a custom WordPress website. Dynamic and interactive content in the business directory helps promote member businesses, and impacting, purpose-built design blocks communicate the energy of the organization.

Synced Member Profiles
Member profiles are synced in the background from Neon CRM, the membership dashboard and management tool used by Queer Business BC. New members are automatically displayed in the Business Directory as the members create and update their profile details.
Interactive Business Directory
The business directory is filterable by sector and displayed in list and map format to help visitors find a provider who meets their needs.
Events Calendar
Featuring events from the community and from Queer Business BC, the events calendar provides summary and details of relevant upcoming events.
News & Updates
A blog format news section allows Queer Business BC to post resources, highlights and organizational updates for their audience.
Custom Blocks & Layouts
A collection of purpose-built blocks give Queer Business BC the tools they need to publish content and promote their organization in a readable, attractive manner.

Working with Viewpoint Digital was as smooth as building a custom website could be.
